Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to drive adoption of Databricks platform
Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand plans
Lead post-technical win account strategy for major accounts
Be the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers
Handle technical issues related to go-live status of use cases
Leverage resources and escalate to experts when necessary
Create and execute plans for accelerating use cases into production
Navigate product and engineering teams for innovations and upgrades
Develop plans covering all customer-facing technical roles

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within Data and AI
Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala
Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems
Understanding of business value attribution to project deliverables
Technical program or project management skills
Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives
Conducting discovery workshops and delivering complex programs/projects
Track record of overachievement against quota or goals
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
Ability to travel up to 30% when needed
