About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the execution of small initiatives while contributing to larger initiatives with moderate to high level of direction from leadership.
Respond to and resolve Tier 1 inquiries, handling system and process issues that require detailed investigation and troubleshooting.
Assist in improving, administering, and testing updates to our ATS and recruiting tech stack under guidance from senior team members.
Contribute to process improvement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams on defined tasks.
Help with TA onboarding, offboarding, training, University Recruiting initiatives and enablement for talent systems to ensure smooth transitions.
Support ongoing programmatic efforts through coordination, reporting, and execution of assigned tasks.
Create and reconcile reports from multiple data sources to provide valuable insights for stakeholders.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and promote system accuracy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
