About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and partner with managers and directors in our Engineering organization
- Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates
- Partner with UR Team to assist with team matching and allocation
- Plan & host university recruiting events
- Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders as a talent advisor
- A track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical candidates while providing top-tier candidate experience
- A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes that support a diverse candidate pool
