About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Underwrite investment opportunities
- Prepare marketing materials for internal and external use
- Assist in and drive due diligence workstreams
- Perform complex financial analyses and valuations
- Model the impacts of returns on the business and within the portfolio
- Support investment and finance management teams on other corporate development transactions as required, including financings, acquisitions, business plan forecasting, and strategic planning
- Assist with preparation of board materials
- Maintain the business plan model
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in engineering, management, finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment, M&A and/or the banking industry with exposure to data center, real estate, and/or infrastructure sectors
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills, ideally with a real estate and/or corporate focus
- Project planning and self-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Fluency in English and French; another European language is an asset
- Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
