About the role
- Investigating and troubleshooting all invoices needing review that are not auto processed
- Work with the client to identify issues and offer suggestions on improving carrier contracts
- Provide auditing services for customers and check incoming invoices from transportation companies
- Daily contact with transportation companies and clients in the EMEA and APAC regions to correct faults
- Collaborate with the Account Coordinator assigned to the customers
Requirements
- College/University degree (or equal by working experience)
- Previous transportation experience preferred
- Ability to be detail-oriented in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
- Fluent in English, where a second or third language is a plus
- Providing auditing services on behalf of the customers.
