About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive, qualify, and identify potential customers originating from inbound marketing channels.
  • Generate qualified meetings for sales consultants or Account Managers according to the mapped lead profile.
  • Provide preliminary information and clarifications about the company and the services offered with the aim of advancing the opportunity to the sales team.
  • Track and deliver daily performance KPIs for your area (lead-to-opportunity conversion, calls, emails, tasks, follow-ups, meetings generated and held, etc.).
  • Analyze the lead pipeline daily and qualify leads through all available communication channels.
  • Use the company's CRM to manage the sales process and ensure all data is recorded accurately.
  • Work in collaboration with sales and marketing management, providing insights aimed at improving inbound campaigns.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to review your area's performance and share information gathered about leads.
  • Monitor the progress of sales opportunities generated by your area, performing constant follow-up with the consultants and account managers responsible for advancing the negotiation, ensuring the process has a clear beginning, middle and end.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer questions and requests.
  • Meet the performance indicators established by the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR.
  • Minimum of 2 years working with SaaS.
  • Practical knowledge of B2B sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, BANT/GPCT).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
