About the role

  • Design and implement workflows, connectors, and APIs (REST/GraphQL) that scale
  • Develop robust solutions using Python or Java, leveraging AI agents for code generation while reviewing and owning the final code
  • Assess gaps and define outcomes for client projects
  • Map system architecture, draw specifications, and design scalable workflows
  • Lead technical workshops, communicate recommendations clearly, and maintain a consultative approach throughout delivery
  • Manage data pipelines and apply strong knowledge of data principles, including data warehousing and data lakes
  • Feed deployment learnings into product roadmap and documentation

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in software engineering and solution architecture for B2B platforms (data/AI/automation preferred)
  • Proficiency in Python or Java
  • Strong understanding of data principles (warehousing and data lakes)
  • Familiarity with APIs, event-driven patterns, and secure configuration management
  • Ability to assess gaps, define outcomes, and recommend changes for evolving projects
  • Skilled at drawing system designs and workflows that scale
  • Excellent communication and client-facing confidence
  • Ability to thrive in high-stakes delivery environments
  • Nice-to-Have: Exposure to AI agents, LLM/RAG pipelines, and MLOps
