About the role
- Design and implement workflows, connectors, and APIs (REST/GraphQL) that scale
- Develop robust solutions using Python or Java, leveraging AI agents for code generation while reviewing and owning the final code
- Assess gaps and define outcomes for client projects
- Map system architecture, draw specifications, and design scalable workflows
- Lead technical workshops, communicate recommendations clearly, and maintain a consultative approach throughout delivery
- Manage data pipelines and apply strong knowledge of data principles, including data warehousing and data lakes
- Feed deployment learnings into product roadmap and documentation
Requirements
- 5–10 years in software engineering and solution architecture for B2B platforms (data/AI/automation preferred)
- Proficiency in Python or Java
- Strong understanding of data principles (warehousing and data lakes)
- Familiarity with APIs, event-driven patterns, and secure configuration management
- Ability to assess gaps, define outcomes, and recommend changes for evolving projects
- Skilled at drawing system designs and workflows that scale
- Excellent communication and client-facing confidence
- Ability to thrive in high-stakes delivery environments
- Nice-to-Have: Exposure to AI agents, LLM/RAG pipelines, and MLOps
