About the role
- Direct client project team and internal project team to assess stakeholder needs and establish specifications for client projects.
- Manage, direct, and deliver IT based projects as assigned.
- Lead documentation efforts for project specifications and ensure such are disseminated to appropriate Data Dimensions departments.
- Direct project team to establish test plans for internal and client testing phases to ensure compliance with stakeholder specifications.
- Direct operations team members, and/or vendor coordinators for staffing, transition and training plans and execution of plans.
- Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to read, write and speak English.
- Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university plus 3-5 years of project management experience or equivalent experience as a project manager and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills and high energy work ethic.
- Service, project, and results-orientation with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams to develop, deliver, operationalize, document and support solutions.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple task assignments across several projects.
- Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
