About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Study and understand the client's current and desired Microsoft CE application, configurations, and technologies
- Coordinate changes and designs to CBOS, UBOS, and other client technologies
- Architect and build a delivery roadmap
- Assign work and manage and mentor CRM and full-stack developers
- Ensure successful delivery for the CRM, portal, and web app as part of the UBOS project
- Advise client leadership on Microsoft CE application trends and functionalities
- Act as subject matter expert and represent the client in stakeholder meetings and reports
- Raise concerns and potential issues to client leadership for decision-making
- Architect and develop Microsoft CE customizations and configurations
- Support integrations with middleware, ERP systems, payment gateways, phone systems, and other UBOS ecosystem components
- Act as an expert for data migration to Microsoft CRM
- Create and maintain technical and functional designs, diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, best practices, and other required documentation
- Follow client standards, policies, procedures, formats, and templates
- Perform other related duties assigned by the client
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 years of Microsoft CE application software systems implementation experience
- 10 years of experience developing CRM applications using .NET, JavaScript, Python, React, SSIS, and Reporting Services
- 5 years as a Microsoft-certified FastTrack solution architect for business applications
- 2 years leveraging Azure AI services and Machine Learning for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE business applications
- Delivered 2 projects as certified FastTrack projects for Business Applications
- Delivered 1 successful AI-enhanced customer service implementation, including AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants using Copilot and Azure AI for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics Contact Center solution deployment and communication-process optimization
- Experience conducting training on AI tools and Dynamics Contact Center features
- Proven data migration implementation experience to Microsoft CRM from non-COTS account management systems
- Proven experience developing integrations with ERP systems and data repositories
- Experience implementing high-volume contact center applications, including CRM, portal, mobile apps, Natural Language IVR, and chatbot functions
- Strong understanding of Human Centered Design Approach
- Proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module
- Bachelor's degree in business management or information systems preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted
- Microsoft MVP for Business Applications and Customer Experience, Power Apps, and/or Copilot Studio preferred
- 5+ years as a Microsoft-certified solution architect for business applications preferred
- Azure AI Fundamentals or similar AI/Machine Learning certification preferred
