About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

SAP BRIM Development
Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP BRIM technical solutions across SOM, CI, CC, and FI-CA
Develop custom enhancements, interfaces, workflows, forms, APIs, and automation solutions supporting enterprise billing and revenue management processes
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
Support enterprise subscription-based and usage-based billing models
Develop and enhance SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) processes and integrations
Support subscription lifecycle management including: Order capture, Contract modifications, Fulfillment integrations, Subscription management workflows
Develop APIs and integrations supporting order orchestration and provisioning processes
Develop and support charging and rating configurations and customizations for Convergent Charging (CC)
Optimize charging performance for high-volume transaction processing environments
Develop and support invoicing, billing aggregation, and financial posting processes for Convergent Invoicing (CI)
Develop and support SAP FICA technical solutions related to Customer account management, Payment processing, Collections and dunning, Financial postings
Support integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance and related enterprise systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of SAP technical development experience
3+ years of direct SAP BRIM development experience
Proven experience supporting enterprise billing and revenue management solutions
Strong understanding of subscription-based and usage-based billing processes
Hands-on experience developing and supporting: SAP SOM, SAP CI, SAP CC, SAP FI-CA
Strong ABAP development experience including: Enhancements, User exits, BADIs, APIs, OData services, Workflow integrations
Experience with: SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA integrations, Middleware and API integrations, Performance tuning and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of SAP architecture, Billing and invoicing processes, Financial integration concepts, Enterprise integration patterns
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities
Strong software development and debugging capabilities
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred certifications: SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver, SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA technical certifications, SAP BTP certifications, Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or Related technical discipline
