About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Dispatch drivers and trucks throughout the day
Coordinate freight movements including LTL, FTL, oversize/overweight (OS/OW) freight
Coordinate delivery schedules for data center power infrastructure
Communicate in real time with carriers, drivers, customers, and project managers
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, route changes, and logistical issues
Enter dispatch and billing details accurately into TMS and other operational platforms
Prepare and review shipping documentation including BOLs, packing lists, and delivery confirmations
Support compliance with DOT regulations and hazmat documentation
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for carrier and 3PL partners
Partner with warehouse operations to align freight schedules with workflows
Maintain logistics tracking dashboards and compile KPI reports
Identify operational inefficiencies and surface improvement opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of progressive logistics or supply chain experience
Proven track record building or significantly scaling a logistics function
Deep knowledge of domestic and OS/OW freight
Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing TMS and/or WMS platforms
Strong analytical skills with ability to build reporting frameworks
Experience managing carrier and vendor relationships
Working knowledge of DOT, hazmat, and customs compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as operational needs require
