Requirements

What you’ll need

Freight pricing or analytics background: 15+ years pricing or analytics experience in brokerage, procurement, or both; speaks the customer’s language from the inside
Team builder: has designed, hired, and scaled an analytically-focused team
Commercial presence: comfortable in VP/C-suite conversations; experienced navigating complex enterprise relationships and high-stakes RFPs
Quantitative depth: rate forecasting, statistical modeling, time-series analysis
Cross-functional influence: Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
Pricing instinct: natural thinking partner on data product pricing and packaging; data buyer background a plus.
