About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails etc.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) Clients and account executives
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage account executives for next steps
  • Manage a detailed report on client reach-out status and report to the supervisor with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Keep records accurate and up-to-date
  • Timely & comprehensive follow-up with leads to convert them into scheduled calls with Account Executives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Sales Development: The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales development, preferably in the software and marketing services sector.
  • Resilience in Facing Rejection: A crucial aspect of this role is the ability to maintain high morale and efficiency despite frequent rejections.
  • Expertise in the Industry: The SDR should have a deep understanding of our business domain.
  • Lead Nurturing Skills: Apart from qualifying leads for immediate demos, the SDR should also be adept at nurturing unqualified leads.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
