About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and launch comprehensive Facebook Ads strategies for a diverse portfolio of US clients, from initial research and audience identification to full-funnel campaign execution.
- Drive a high-tempo, methodical testing roadmap across creative, copy, and landing pages to continuously improve performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Go beyond simple reporting. Analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and communicate results and strategic recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Take ownership of client ad spend, ensuring efficient allocation, accurate forecasting, and delivering a strong return on investment (ROAS).
- Serve as a key point of contact for your accounts, expertly guide the internal & external stakeholders, understanding Client's business goals, and building trust through exceptional results and communication.
- Manage campaigns designed for every objective—from lead generation and engagement to direct sales—and ensure the tracking infrastructure (Pixels, GA4) is flawless.
- Act as our in-house expert on all things paid social, keeping the team and clients informed on the latest trends, platform updates, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Measure and optimize paid marketing efforts using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
- Work independently using the company’s project management tool to track tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate with clients through the company dashboard, address their content-related queries, and incorporate feedback.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused Facebook Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving leads and sales.
- The role requires candidates with good conversational English and excellent written communication skills.
- Based in Latin America.
- Multi-Industry & Budgetary Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts across different industries and effectively manage significant marketing budgets.
- Deep Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in setting up and troubleshooting Facebook Pixel, conversion events, and leveraging Google Analytics for attribution and analysis.
- Superior Time Management & Organizational Skills: An almost obsessive need to manage projects, meet deadlines, and handle a high volume of tasks with precision and autonomy.
- Big Plus (Bonus Points): 1+ years of experience in a Client facing role
- 1+ years of working in an agency set-up
