About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage client communication with a focus on results-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Lead regular client meetings/interactions to review campaign progress and identify new opportunities.
  • Educate clients on marketing best practices and platform features to enhance their campaigns.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via chat, email, or call.
  • Identify client goals and deliver customized strategies aligned with their business objectives.
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction by identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain detailed records of sales and communications.
  • Create business plans to meet predetermined goals and performance quota.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor campaign and platform performance metrics to assess effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of strong background in digital marketing with deep expertise in SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, ideally within a marketing agency in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, CRMs, and project management software.
  • Strong organizational, people, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to manage client needs and foster team collaboration effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a solid business acumen and a results-driven approach.
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiation principles.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about marketing, eager to stay updated on trends and contribute to team and client growth.
