About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Write and refine SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions
Assist in providing input for the building and maintenance of data models and ETL processes
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and data models
Optimize report performance and usability for end users
Support data governance and best practices in reporting and analytics
Document reporting processes, data definitions, and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field
Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, data transformations) accompanied by accredited certifications
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
