About the role

  • Responsible for the people, processes and systems related to the company’s respiratory clinical outcomes processes
  • Assists in managing day-to-day department operations
  • Facilitating the maximization of human resources and automated resources
  • Assists in overseeing daily activities of the department operations
  • Responsible for the assisting in hiring, training, coaching, development, performance measurement and discipline of department staff
  • Assists in delegating appropriate work and emphasizes the development of next level leaders
  • Maintains departmental compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies
  • Participates in company and operations meetings as requested
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One year in a customer service environment leadership role
  • Associate’s degree in business management related field (preferred)
  • Two years in a medical/insurance/healthcare field customer service leadership role (preferred)
  • One year DASCO experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
