About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, organize and execute internal communication initiatives aligned with the company’s strategy.
- Develop engagement campaigns to strengthen organizational culture and promote corporate initiatives.
- Prepare internal announcements, newsletters, emails, scripts, presentations and other corporate communications, ensuring clarity and appropriate tone.
- Manage all logistics for internal events from planning through execution, including vendor relationships, timelines, infrastructure, giveaways and operational support.
- Support corporate events, leadership meetings, celebratory activities and team integration initiatives.
- Propose innovative ideas for campaigns and events to increase employee engagement.
- Ensure internal communication channels are kept up to date and that information is consistently communicated.
- Collaborate with different departments to identify communication needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Monitor indicators and results of communication activities, proposing continuous improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in Internal Communication, Employee Communications (Endomarketing) or Corporate Communication.
- Experience planning and executing corporate events, including logistics and operational management.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, objective and creative content.
- Experience creating and managing internal communication campaigns.
- Proactive, organized and hands-on profile with strong execution skills.
- Creative mindset to develop innovative engagement initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and interface with different areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and familiarity with internal communication platforms is a plus.
