About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operational and strategic management of B2B logistics operations (Support Market – Dasa)
Analysis and control of logistics costs (freight, operations, carriers)
Route planning and optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Identifying opportunities for synergies between operations, regions, and partners
Management and monitoring of carrier performance
Management of carrier payment processes (verification, validation, and coordination with Finance)
Development and monitoring of logistics indicators (KPIs)
Interface with internal areas (Operations, Finance, Planning, Commercial) for continuous improvement
Proposing improvements to logistics and operational processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
Experience managing logistics costs (freight, contracts, etc.)
Knowledge of carrier management
Advanced Excel (data analysis, KPI construction)
Analytical, results-oriented mindset
Desirable:
Experience in B2B operations
Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
Power BI or other data visualization tools
Experience in healthcare companies or complex logistics environments
