About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the company’s fleet operations and home-care logistics (collections/tests)
  • Ensure availability, cost control, and productivity of vehicles and field teams
  • Monitor operational KPIs (punctuality, SLA, cost per route, vehicle utilization, kilometers driven)
  • Manage costs and provide reports to the executive board related to operations
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet
  • Work on route optimization and reduction of logistics costs
  • Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and internal policies
  • Interface with areas such as scheduling, operations, customer service, and suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Experience in fleet management (light vehicles or operational fleets)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Power BI
  • Experience with operational KPIs (SLA, productivity, costs)
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, laboratory, or home-care services
  • Knowledge of routing systems and TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
  • Experience with telematics and data-driven fleet management
