About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve the product vision.
Translate business needs into technical requirements.
Define the product roadmap.
Prioritize the backlog based on value and business impact.
Monitor the development team’s deliveries.
Track product metrics and performance (KPIs and OKRs).
Gather requirements.
Manage stakeholders, fostering alignment between technical and business areas.
Work on end-to-end delivery of digital products.
Participate in digital transformation projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in digital product management (Product Management).
Background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, IT Consultant, or Business Analyst.
Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe).
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma.
Basic UX/UI awareness (user experience).
Basic Data Analytics knowledge (Power BI and SQL).
Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fields.
Desired:
Experience with systems integration and IT architecture.
Scrum certifications (CSM or PSM).
Product Owner certification (CSPO).
PMP or similar certification.
Product Management certifications (PM3, PMA, among others).
Consulting experience (Big4 or similar).
Experience working on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Knowledge of sectors such as healthcare, finance, retail, or others.
