About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage portfolios of complex suppliers and materials, ensuring the availability of inputs for operations through supply planning, demand analysis and strategic inventory management;
- Execute material planning and replenishment using MRP-based replenishment methods in SAP, evaluating inventory policies, planning parameters and operational scenarios to ensure adequate levels of Availability and Average Inventory Period (PME);
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators such as PME (Average Inventory Period), Availability, Losses, Stockouts, Excesses and adherence to the plan, identifying trends, anticipating risks and driving corrective and preventive actions;
- Lead initiatives to reduce losses, optimize inventories and improve service levels, conducting root cause analyses, structuring action plans and coordinating their execution with the involved areas;
- Propose, develop and lead continuous improvements in planning, replenishment and inventory management processes, using data analysis, continuous improvement methodologies and Supply Chain best practices;
- Serve as the team's technical reference, supporting and developing Junior and Mid-level Planning Analysts through mentoring, review of critical analyses, knowledge sharing and process standardization;
- Work integrally with partner areas such as Purchasing, Customer Service, Operations, Quality, Production and suppliers, conducting alignments, negotiating priorities and ensuring the flow of the supply chain;
- Participate in and lead operational and strategic meetings with internal areas and suppliers to follow up on KPIs, define priorities, mitigate risks and build action plans;
- Prepare analyses, executive reports, management presentations and feasibility studies to support leadership decision-making, contributing technical and strategic recommendations;
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization and standardization of planning processes, promoting greater operational efficiency, reducing manual activities and increasing the reliability of information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration or Engineering;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI;
- Solid knowledge of Supply Chain, Material Planning, Inventory Management and MRP, including concepts such as demand, replenishment, turnover, coverage and inventory policies;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel for building analytical models, automations and data processing;
- Proficiency in SAP – MM module, covering material planning, requisitions, purchase orders, inventory analysis, movements, queries and configurations related to replenishment;
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) for KPI analysis and building management dashboards;
- Ability to develop predictive analyses, build scenarios and support data-driven decision making;
- Knowledge of logistics and planning KPIs such as PME (Average Inventory Period), Availability, Fill Rate, Stockouts, Excess, Losses and adherence to planning;
- Experience in continuous improvement, process management and identifying optimization opportunities in the supply chain;
