About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and ensure excellence in order flow management, guaranteeing speed, accuracy and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead the team responsible for daily order follow-up with suppliers, setting priorities and guidance to meet regional demands.
- Monitor and control supplier delivery deadlines, track delay indicators and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Act analytically and proactively to identify supply risks, anticipate potential impacts and ensure operational continuity.
- Ensure visibility and effective communication of risks, deviations and improvement opportunities to the relevant areas.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators, focusing on supplier service level (OTIF – On Time In Full), lead times, delays and replenishment.
- Develop and track action plans for continuous improvement of logistics processes and increased operational efficiency.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards and executive presentations to support decision-making.
- Promote integration among suppliers, internal departments and regional teams, ensuring alignment and process fluidity.
- Coordinate teams with different scopes of responsibility, ensuring productivity, professional development and achievement of established targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
- Previous experience coordinating logistics operations, supply chain or supplier management.
- Advanced Excel for data analysis, building controls and monitoring indicators.
- Experience managing and tracking logistics KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in people management and team coordination.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of service level indicators, especially OTIF.
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
- Experience in high-demand, high-volume operations.
- Knowledge of supply planning and supplier management.
