About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Professional responsible for supporting strategic decision-making through the collection, processing, analysis and interpretation of data, operating with moderate autonomy and handling complex requests. Will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and availability of information, transforming data into relevant business insights and supporting internal areas in continuous process improvement, operational efficiency and the achievement of results.
Acts as a technical reference in data analysis, promoting best practices, standardization of metrics and development of analytical solutions that contribute to the company’s performance. Collect, process, organize and analyze large volumes of data, ensuring the integrity, reliability and currency of information;
Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports in Power BI, ensuring clear visualizations oriented to decision-making;
Create, optimize and maintain SQL queries for extracting and manipulating data across different databases;
Automate analysis routines and reports using Python, promoting efficiency gains and reducing rework;
Support internal areas in defining, tracking and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs), proposing improvements and action plans;
Perform exploratory analyses, identify trends, patterns and opportunities for process improvement;
Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand requests, present analyses and align solutions;
Ensure data governance by documenting processes, data flows and business rules.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration or related fields;
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of data analysis and information modeling;
Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel;
Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, processing and analysis;
Practical experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, dashboard and report creation);
Knowledge of Python for process automation and analyses;
