About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

DASA's Supply Planning area is responsible for supplying 40 warehouses nationwide, managing inventory within optimal levels without affecting service quality.
Responsible for supporting national supply planning activities with moderate autonomy;
Manage portfolios of medium complexity;
Ensure material replenishment using MRP-based supply methods, aiming to meet targets for Average Inventory Period (Prazo Médio de Estoque - PME) and availability;
Maintain inventories within optimal policy limits and prevent stock losses due to expiration;
Serve as a technical reference for partner areas and suppliers, contributing to decisions and process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain, including demand, replenishment, turnover, and inventory policies;
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Hands-on experience with SAP MM module, including requisitions, purchase orders, stock analysis, movements, and material queries;
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions;
Organized and detail-oriented;
Proactive with a willingness to learn;
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
