About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and ensure the stability of the electronic transaction system;
Work on resolving complex incidents (Level 3);
Analyze logs and data flows to identify bottlenecks;
Monitor integrations via APIs and EDI with partners;
Propose improvements and automations for operational processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

**Required:**
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields;
Senior-level experience in IT Operations;
Knowledge of databases (SQL Server or Oracle) and log analysis;
Strong knowledge of XML file structures and consumption of REST APIs using HTTP methods (POST and GET).
**Preferred:**
Experience with electronic transaction systems (authorizers or gateways);
Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Zabbix, or Grafana;
Experience in the health plan/operator segment.
