About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver technical training to clients (online and in-person), ensuring correct execution of laboratory processes;
Work directly in relationship management with regional clients, serving as the technical reference for the pre-analytical process;
Conduct frequent external visits to monitor, guide, and strengthen client relationships;
Advise clients on operational workflows, best practices, and appropriate use of laboratory services;
Monitor client/laboratory performance indicators and propose improvements when necessary;
Act as a liaison between clients and operations, ensuring technical alignment and service quality;
Support the resolution of technical questions and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

(Required) Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Pharmaceutical Biochemistry, Biology, or related fields (Clinical Laboratory Sciences);
Previous experience in laboratory technical areas, pre-analytical processes, scientific advisory, or similar roles;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Strong interpersonal profile, with ease in interacting and building relationships with clients;
Organized with the ability to monitor performance indicators;
Experience in customer service and/or field-based roles is a plus.
