About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the management and governance of the annual targets cycle, from planning through to closing.
  • Coordinate control of targets and performance indicators, monitor action plans and consolidate information for executive reporting.
  • Manage and provide support for target management systems (e.g., Mereo, SAP), including parameterization/configuration.
  • Conduct monthly target calculations and the annual closing process, ensuring data integrity and supporting PPR processes.
  • Prepare impact analyses, reports, dashboards and executive presentations to support decision-making.
  • Act as a technical reference and internal consultant on targets and indicators, supporting HR Business Partners and business areas.
  • Deliver training and capacity-building sessions and produce communication materials related to targets.
  • Support critical processes such as annual closing, PPR, strategic planning and executive forums.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and propose continuous improvements to target management processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in target management, performance indicators and strategic deployment.
  • Proficiency in methodologies such as Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Management by Guidelines (GPD) and/or OKR.
  • Advanced Excel and executive-level PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with target management systems (Mereo, SAP, Siteware or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking and the autonomy to manage critical processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Power BI and/or Python
  • Financial knowledge
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • Project management experience
