About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver technical trainings to clients (online and in-person), ensuring correct execution of laboratory processes;
Work directly on relationships with regional clients, serving as the technical reference for the pre-analytical process;
Conduct frequent external visits for monitoring, guidance, and strengthening of relationships;
Advise clients on operational workflows, best practices, and proper use of laboratory services;
Monitor clients' / laboratories' performance indicators, proposing improvements when necessary;
Act as a liaison between the client and operations, ensuring technical alignment and service quality;
Support the resolution of technical inquiries and continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Pharmaceutical Biochemistry, Biology, or related fields (Clinical Analysis);
Previous experience in laboratory technical areas, pre-analytical processes, scientific advisory, or similar roles;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients;
Organizational skills and ability to track performance indicators;
Valid driver's license (Category B);
Willingness to travel;
Experience in customer service and/or field-based roles (advantage).
