Senior Strategic Projects Specialist – Management & Transformation
DasaSenior Consultant partnering with executive leadership to support strategic planning and project governance in Brazil's largest health network. Ensuring alignment, prioritization, and value capture from strategic initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Senior Consultant you will act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, supporting the design, governance and execution of the company’s strategic agenda, ensuring management discipline, cross-functional alignment, initiative prioritization and effective value capture from strategic projects.
- Additional responsibilities include:
- Support the development and rollout of the corporate strategic plan;
- Design and operate the tracking of the company’s strategic projects;
- Ensure governance, discipline and monitoring of the strategic portfolio;
- Define and maintain project and management methodological standards;
- Establish executive rituals and decision forums;
- Support prioritization and evaluation of new strategic initiatives;
- Monitor indicators, risks, dependencies and value capture;
- Assist in defining objectives, initiatives and the strategic roadmap;
- Support criteria for project intake, evaluation and prioritization;
- Ensure alignment between initiatives and strategic drivers;
- Consolidate executive portfolio status;
- Monitor critical dependencies, risks and impacts;
- Ensure methodological standardization and governance, including templates, metrics and executive dashboards;
- Organize and facilitate executive rituals;
- Prepare executive materials for the Board, VPs and Executive Committee (Comex).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of strategic planning and corporate governance;
- Proficiency in: PowerPoint / Excel / Power BI / Dashboards / Jira / Monday / MS Project / Smartsheet;
- Project portfolio management and portfolio management tools;
- Familiarity with methodologies such as: Project Management (PMBOK) / Agile / Scrum / Kanban / OKRs and strategic deployment;
- Solid experience supporting the development of business cases, financial analyses and ROI evaluation;
- Management by indicators and KPIs;
- EXPECTED PROFILE:
- Strong analytical capability and strategic thinking;
- Excellent executive communication skills;
- High organization and management discipline;
- Strong sense of ownership;
- Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments.
