  • We are looking for a technology coordinator for Tribo Cross, a strategic area that connects systems, teams and the business. Here you will lead teams working on critical projects that support several important Dasa solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field;
  • Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js (NestJS, Express);
  • Experience in technical leadership or coordinating engineering teams;
  • Experience with distributed architectures, microservices and REST APIs;
  • Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases;
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git and Azure DevOps (or equivalent tools);
  • Adherence to modern engineering practices (TDD, automated testing, code review, observability);
  • Good communication skills and technical leadership with a focus on collaboration.
  • Desirable: Experience modernizing legacy systems and migrating to microservices; experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, etc.);
  • Familiarity with DDD, event-driven architecture and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Experience with security and code-quality tools (SonarQube, Fortify);
  • Technical English.
