We are looking for a technology coordinator for Tribo Cross, a strategic area that connects systems, teams and the business. Here you will lead teams working on critical projects that support several important Dasa solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field;
Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js (NestJS, Express);
Experience in technical leadership or coordinating engineering teams;
Experience with distributed architectures, microservices and REST APIs;
Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases;
Knowledge of CI/CD, Git and Azure DevOps (or equivalent tools);
Adherence to modern engineering practices (TDD, automated testing, code review, observability);
Good communication skills and technical leadership with a focus on collaboration.
Desirable: Experience modernizing legacy systems and migrating to microservices; experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes);
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, etc.);
Familiarity with DDD, event-driven architecture and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
Experience with security and code-quality tools (SonarQube, Fortify);
Technical English.
