About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • This person will work in the Receivables area, supporting the billing process for services performed.
  • Responsible for assisting in the review and organization of information, ensuring that charges to health plan operators are made correctly and in accordance with operator rules.
  • Analyze medical billing reports, ensuring consistency and compliance of information;
  • Execute service billing, including sending XML files to health plan operators;
  • Issue invoices and bank payment slips (boletos);
  • Support the monitoring and control of billing processes with operators.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;
  • Experience entering exams/procedures in healthcare systems;
  • Knowledge of AMB/CBHPM tables;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Experience with XML and billing routines/processes;
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
