About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Supply Planning area at DASA is responsible for supplying 40 warehouses nationwide, managing inventory at optimal levels without impacting service quality.
  • Be responsible for supporting national supply planning activities with moderate autonomy.
  • Work on medium-complexity portfolios.
  • Ensure replenishment of materials using MRP-based replenishment methods, aiming to meet Average Inventory Period (AIP) and availability targets.
  • Maintain inventories within defined policies and prevent losses of supplies due to expiration.
  • Act as a technical reference for partner areas and suppliers, contributing to decision-making and process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Supply Chain, including demand planning, replenishment, inventory turnover and stock policies.
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP – MM module, covering requisitions, purchase orders, stock analysis, movements and material inquiries.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
