About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure projects from diagnosis through implementation.
- Develop schedules, action plans and define milestones.
- Lead kickoff, alignment and follow-up meetings.
- Map and manage stakeholders.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Ensure formal documentation of decisions, assumptions and dependencies.
- Monitor project success indicators.
- Act as an interface with areas such as Operations, Product, CRM, Technology and Business Units.
- Design pilots and support solution rollouts.
- Support consolidation of executive reporting for leadership.
- Operate with a continuous improvement and operational efficiency mindset.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Proven experience leading large/structuring projects.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Experience creating schedules and action plans.
- Analytical capability to identify risks and impacts.
- Experience with executive reporting.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Clear, structured and concise communication.
- Experience with management tools (Planner, Monday, Jira, etc.).
- Experience with operational metrics (SLA, AHT, productivity, etc.).
- **Preferred**
- Previous experience in healthcare companies.
- Experience in customer service operations (Call Center / NAC).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid).
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM or similar).
- Process mapping experience.
