About the role

  • The analyst will be responsible for creating the action calendar, drafting and approving communications with partner agencies, and executing and measuring both one-off and automated campaigns. The role will represent the CRM area within a multidisciplinary squad, proposing campaigns based on brand insights and performance across channels: email marketing, SMS, App Push, Web Push and WhatsApp. The analyst should also monitor engagement performance (opens, clicks) and conversion (contacts, revenue, revenue per send, average order value) against brand targets.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM metrics and KPIs (OR — Open Rate, CTR — Click-Through Rate, CTO — Click-to-Open Rate, CV — Conversion, RPE — Revenue per Send, opt-out, TKM — Average Ticket)
  • Advanced knowledge of customer lifecycle, retention strategies, upsell, cross-sell and segmentation
  • Advanced knowledge of orchestration/automation platforms (preferably Insider)
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with customer journeys, retention and monetization campaigns
  • Experience creating and running A/B tests
  • Experience building analyses and reports for all management levels
  • Desirable:
  • Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM is essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related fields
