About the role

  • Support mapping and organizing the team's processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, audits and operational workflows);
  • Assist with documentation and workflow design;
  • Help create communications, presentations and area materials;
  • Support the organization of metrics and strategic information;
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to users' experience with IT services and tools;
  • Contribute to organizing and standardizing the area's processes and materials.

Requirements

  • Required:
  • - Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Design, Business Administration, Communications, Customer or User Experience, Psychology, Information Systems or related fields;
  • - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • - Good written communication and the ability to structure information clearly;
  • - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint or a similar presentation tool.
  • Preferred / Nice to have:
  • - Interest in or basic knowledge of UX Design or Customer Experience;
  • - Academic or professional experience organizing processes or workflows;
  • - Familiarity with flowcharting/diagramming tools;
  • - Experience in process improvement, user experience or operations;
  • - Knowledge of Power BI.
