About the role

  • Drive the evolution of Dasa's digital customer service product via WhatsApp and chatbot.
  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the WhatsApp/Chatbot customer service product.
  • Define and evolve the product vision and customer service roadmap.
  • Serve as the link between business, operations, technology, data, and customer experience.
  • Prioritize requests based on impact to issue resolution, customer experience, operational efficiency, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead continuous discovery to understand the pain points of customers and agents.
  • Work closely with engineering, data, UX, operations teams, and technology partners.
  • Ensure efficient integration between chatbot, handoff to human agents, and core systems.
  • Define, monitor, and evolve relevant product metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with information security requirements, LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), scalability, and observability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in digital products.
  • Experience with digital service products such as WhatsApp, chatbots, cognitive AI, or messaging platforms.
  • Strong results orientation, focus on operational efficiency, and ability to generate business value.
  • Analytical capability to define metrics, monitor indicators, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical, business, and operations stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methods, continuous discovery, backlog management, and experimentation.
  • Nice-to-haves: prior experience with Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, and chatbot/AI platforms; experience in high-volume service environments; experience in healthcare or large-scale companies; knowledge of API integrations and solution architecture.
