About the role

  • The Senior Project Analyst will be responsible for structuring, leading, and monitoring strategic and foundational projects within the area, ensuring organization, governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of results on time, within scope, and with expected quality.
  • Structure projects from diagnostic phase through implementation.
  • Prepare schedules, action plans, and define milestones.
  • Lead kickoff, alignment, and follow-up meetings.
  • Map and manage stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
  • Ensure formal recording of decisions, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Track project success indicators.
  • Interface with areas such as Operations, Product, CRM, Technology, and Units.
  • Design pilots and oversee solution rollouts.
  • Support consolidation of executive reporting for leadership.
  • Operate with a continuous improvement and operational efficiency mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Proven experience leading foundational projects.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing schedules and action plans.
  • Analytical ability to identify risks and impacts.
  • Experience with executive reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Clear, structured, and concise communication.
  • Experience with management tools (Planner, Monday, Jira, etc.).
  • Experience with operational KPIs (SLA, AHT, productivity, etc.).
  • Preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare companies.
  • Experience in customer service operations (Call Center / NAC).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar).
  • Knowledge of process mapping.
