About the role

  • Plan, deliver and follow up on training programs focused on performance and results;
  • Develop educational solutions aligned with the company's business strategy;
  • Create and update content and instructional materials with consistent methodology;
  • Design learning experiences (in-person and digital);
  • Conduct post-training follow-up and measure training impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
