About the role
- Plan, deliver and follow up on training programs focused on performance and results;
- Develop educational solutions aligned with the company's business strategy;
- Create and update content and instructional materials with consistent methodology;
- Design learning experiences (in-person and digital);
- Conduct post-training follow-up and measure training impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
