About the role

  • Lead the design, execution and continuous improvement of Employee Experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Define, implement and monitor the employee recognition program, including criteria, communication, governance and results analysis.
  • Support performance evaluation cycles, ensuring organization, deadlines, manager support and data consolidation.
  • Prepare analyses, reports and presentations with indicators on engagement, performance, employee experience and talent development.
  • Support internal communications related to Human and Organizational Development (HOD) initiatives.
  • Propose and implement improvements to HOD processes and practices with a focus on experience, engagement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Human and Organizational Development (HOD), Employee Experience or other HR areas.
  • Experience with performance evaluations, climate/engagement surveys, leadership development, talent management or related topics.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, report preparation and presentation.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Bold and proactive profile with a strong sense of ownership and strong problem-solving skills.
