About the role

  • Monitor the receipt flow of payments for the Apoio market;
  • Monitor delinquency/default rates;
  • Maintain relationships with partner collection agencies;
  • Update PDD (Provision for Doubtful Debts) databases and collection indicators/KPIs;
  • Conduct collection negotiations with corporate and individual debtors;
  • Monitor aging, delinquency, and recovery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in receivables collections;
  • Experience working in a high-volume portfolio environment;
  • Experience with collections systems/ERP;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields;
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of collection KPIs/metrics;
  • Power BI (a plus).
