About the role

  • Support the operation of meal and food benefits, including the on-site cafeteria.
  • Provide employee support via service tickets, answering questions and ensuring quality service and compliance with SLAs.
  • Register, update and validate PAT benefits during onboarding and transfers.
  • Act as liaison with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist the senior analyst with purchasing, payroll and monthly billing processes.
  • Perform controls and reconciliations for the benefits area with a focus on PAT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, HR Management, or related fields
  • Previous experience managing employee benefits
  • Experience with SAP HCM or payroll ERP systems
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with PAT products – Programa de Alimentação do Trabalhador (Worker Food Program)
  • Analytical, with experience handling large volumes of data
  • Good communication skills, proactive and strong interpersonal skills
