About the role
- Support the operation of meal and food benefits, including the on-site cafeteria.
- Provide employee support via service tickets, answering questions and ensuring quality service and compliance with SLAs.
- Register, update and validate PAT benefits during onboarding and transfers.
- Act as liaison with external vendors and suppliers.
- Assist the senior analyst with purchasing, payroll and monthly billing processes.
- Perform controls and reconciliations for the benefits area with a focus on PAT.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, HR Management, or related fields
- Previous experience managing employee benefits
- Experience with SAP HCM or payroll ERP systems
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with PAT products – Programa de Alimentação do Trabalhador (Worker Food Program)
- Analytical, with experience handling large volumes of data
- Good communication skills, proactive and strong interpersonal skills
