About the role

  • Perform financial analyses to support management decision-making;
  • Identify trends and variances in company results, explaining month-over-month and versus-budget changes;
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasts;
  • Improve budgeting and forecasting processes;
  • Participate in the monthly closing process;
  • Provide financial support to other departments, such as Treasury and Investor Relations;
  • Consolidate results across multiple business units;
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Board and Board of Directors;
  • Maintain and update financial databases; work with the Data team to automate databases and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of key financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow);
  • Previous experience in FP&A;
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, critical ability to assess data consistency from multiple sources, strong verbal and written communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to rapid change.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Python
  • Advanced English.
