About the role

  • Primary focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and direct maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Drive updates to policies, processes, and procedures based on the ISO/IEC 27000 family and NIST standards.
  • Provide proactive and dynamic support for internal and external audits. Participate in audit kick-off meetings and identify nonconformities, offering consultative support for preventive and corrective action plans.
  • Support and conduct technical and operational audits in on-premises and cloud environments, providing consultative guidance to Business and IT areas.
  • Assist in the creation of indicators for internal committees (Risk and Audit) with root-cause analysis, criticality assessment, impact analysis, and treatment recommendations, presenting clear technical results to senior management with a business-risk focus.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to ask probing questions, propose solutions, demonstrate proactivity, and experience in client relationship management.
  • Ability to interact with various technology teams with different technical backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Access Management knowledge: responsible for leading the Access Management team in carrying out role-related activities, ensuring information security best practices in line with Dasa's values and culture.
  • Eligible to execute Access Management actions, monitor Access Management executions, and prepare dashboards to demonstrate results.
  • Team Management: Supervise, guide, and motivate the service team, delegating tasks and managing schedules and shifts.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor interactions (calls, emails, chats) to ensure adherence to the company's quality standards and procedures.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries, finding effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
