• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to gain an in-depth understanding of their recruitment requirements
• Write and post creative job adverts that attract the highest calibre talent
• Source candidates through various channels, with a strong focus on proactively approaching and engaging with passive candidates (headhunting)
• Conduct in-depth telephone interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for a role
• Ensure a best-in-class experience for all candidates who engage with DAS Ltd, including ensuring they receive prompt application and interview feedback
• Keep on top of industry-specific recruitment trends and identify effective and up to date methods to attract talent
• Supporting ongoing project activity, and the delivery of recruitment administration tasks

• Travel to client sites and work from Bristol office
