About the role
- Senior Front-End Engineer to design and implement interfaces for AI-powered life sciences applications
- Architect, build, and maintain advanced front-end applications with React.js
- Design human-AI collaborative interfaces and create performant user interfaces
- Own user-facing features end-to-end and collaborate with product, designers, and engineers
- Optimize applications for high-performance data visualizations and AI-powered interactions
- Define front-end best practices, mentor junior engineers, and troubleshoot production systems
- Continuously improve user experience through data-driven decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building complex web applications with React.js (Vue.js a strong plus)
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Node.js
- Proven experience with front-end architecture and scalable design patterns
- Passion for crafting exceptional user experiences with understanding of UX/UI principles
- Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in collaborative environment and work independently
- Mindset of curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning
