About the role

  • Senior Front-End Engineer to design and implement interfaces for AI-powered life sciences applications
  • Architect, build, and maintain advanced front-end applications with React.js
  • Design human-AI collaborative interfaces and create performant user interfaces
  • Own user-facing features end-to-end and collaborate with product, designers, and engineers
  • Optimize applications for high-performance data visualizations and AI-powered interactions
  • Define front-end best practices, mentor junior engineers, and troubleshoot production systems
  • Continuously improve user experience through data-driven decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building complex web applications with React.js (Vue.js a strong plus)
  • Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Proven experience with front-end architecture and scalable design patterns
  • Passion for crafting exceptional user experiences with understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative environment and work independently
  • Mindset of curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning
