About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the company’s communications and branding, ensuring consistent tone, visual identity and brand positioning
- Develop institutional and commercial content for different audiences, especially brokers, partners and internal teams
- Create and review institutional, commercial and executive presentations
- Support the development of FAQs, technical papers, explanatory materials and content that supports the commercial journey
- Participate in the production of institutional videos and audiovisual content, working with vendors and internal teams
- Plan and execute marketing, communications and media campaigns in partnership with Growth, Commercial and other areas
- Support the creation of commercial, institutional, relationship and broker incentive campaigns
- Supervise the social media schedule and publications, guiding the intern responsible for channel execution
- Ensure published content aligns with the brand strategy and the company’s commercial objectives
- Coordinate design and creative ops requests, acting as a liaison between internal teams, vendors and creative partners
- Manage vendors related to marketing, promotional items, trophies, printed materials, videos and institutional pieces
- Monitor deadlines, delivery quality, budgets and material approvals
- Support the production of promotional items, kits, relationship materials and recognition initiatives
- Support the maintenance and evolution of the website, intranet and other institutional channels
- Develop welcome materials, onboarding and internal communications connected to Darwin’s culture and positioning
- Work in partnership with Growth, Tech Design, CX and commercial areas to review communications, flows and touchpoints across the broker journey
- Contribute to making communications clearer, simpler, more useful and aligned with the company’s desired experience
- Guide and oversee the routine of the marketing/social media intern
- Organize requests, priorities, schedules and deliverables for the area
- Create minimal governance processes for briefing, approval, production and publication of materials
- Work closely with leadership, translating strategic direction into action plans and practical deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, task management platforms and AI tools
- Experience with social media, even if day-to-day execution is not the main focus of the role
- Experience creating communications for commercial channels, brokers, partners or sales teams
