About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the end-to-end creation and editing of videos and other multimedia content.
  • Manage freelancers, editors, and other creative contributors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand positioning and reach among Mid-Market businesses for a B2B AI company.
  • Design and manage side projects aimed at improving marketing expenditures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design pieces, social media campaigns, and marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Proven experience as a Creative Project Lead or in a similar role within marketing, video production, or social media management.
  • - Strong skills in video creation and editing, as well as managing creative teams (freelancers, editors, etc.).
  • - Interest in B2B marketing and understanding of AI/SaaS industries.
  • - Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
