About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct elicitation, detailing and validation of workflows with customer service, operations and business areas.
- Map current and future journeys, identifying rules, exceptions, dependencies and integration points.
- Support the functional design of prioritized workflows for migration, focusing on clarity, operational fit and reduction of rework.
- Participate in workshops, discovery meetings and detailing sessions with stakeholders from involved areas.
- Assist in preparing functional documentation, flow diagrams, business rules, acceptance criteria and validation materials.
- Contribute to planning and execution of functional tests and UAT, organizing scenarios, evidence and required adjustments.
- Support training for key users, champions and teams affected by the change, ensuring understanding of the new workflows.
- Act as an interface between business, operations and technology, ensuring deliverables align with project needs.
- Support transition and stabilization after go-live, monitoring adjustments and operational learnings.
