About the role
- Support the commercial team: Structure and optimize the sales funnel
- Create and maintain views, reports and dashboards
- Support forecast and pipeline review
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Governance and processes: Define CRM usage rules
- Create fields, automations and validations
- Document commercial processes
- Improve cadence and update discipline
- Commercial intelligence: Build conversion analyses by stage, sales cycle, win rate, pipeline coverage
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel
- Integrations and automations: Support integration with marketing, ERP, CS tools, automate repetitive processes
Requirements
- Solid experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Creation: Reports, Dashboards, Views, Validation Rules and Flow (automation).
- Knowledge: Forecasting, Pipeline Management, B2B commercial processes and advanced Excel.
- Preferred: Salesforce Admin certification and experience in consulting or cloud.
